I am looking for a renter for the main floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite. I am asking $1250 a month for rent and the same for deposit. I live in the basement for 1 week of the month. The rest of the time I work at a camp job out of town. You would have a completely separate entrance and suite so nothing is shared. It is furnished right now but can arrange unfurnished if preferred. Utilities will be split 50/50 with myself even though I am only there 1 week a month. Due to me being out of town most of the time. We would need to arrange a viewing while I am not physically there. I understand the complications this poses. But I am not there so if you are not okay with arranging a viewing without me there then please do not inquire. I am not from the city so I do not know anyone who can do a viewing. I am hoping to have it rented as soon as possible and I will not be back in the city for 3 weeks so if you aren’t wanting to arrange something before then, then please do not inquire.
