STEP 5 – IF EVERYTHING IS ACCEPTABLE I WILL SEND A DRAFT LEASE & SCHEDULE A PHONE CALL TO REVIEW.
STEP 6 – LEASE IS SENT BY ME FOR YOUR SIGNATURE, YOU RETURN IT TO ME SIGNED ALONG WITH FIRST & LAST MONTHS RENT THEN I WILL EXECUTE AND YOU MOVE IN PER THE LEASE.
