2 bedroom basement suite for rent. There are 2 large bedrooms. Bathroom with full bathtub. Small pets allowed with approval. We don't supply laundry. There is a washer in the suite that was left by a previous tenant. You are welcome to use it for as long as it works. However if it does break we don't replace it as we dont normally supply it in the 1st place (there is no dryer). If you have your own washer and dryer you are welcome to hook them up while u live in the place. There is one off-street parking spot (driveway), additional parking on the street. It is $1200/month including all utilities $1200 DD. You pay your own phone, internet and cable. Available October 1st. We do offer the place unfinished or furnished by request.
