I have a two bedroom basement suite available for rent June 1st. Seperate entrance. It has large bedrooms and has hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom has a full bathtub. No pets allowed. There is one parking space in the driveway additional parking on the street. Suite is available unfurnished or furnished (by request). We don't supply laundry facilities however there is a washing machine in the unit that was left by another tenant. You are welcome to use the washer until it no longer works but it is not something we will replace as we don't normally supply that. Be advised there is NO DRYER. Rent is 1100/ month $1100 DD.
