I have a 2 bedroom basement suite for rent in Kindersley Saskatchewan. Available June 1st. The bedrooms are quite large. Hardwood floors throughout. Bathroom has a full bathtub. No pets are allowed. Seperate entrance. Across the street from the hospital and next door to the police station. One parking space in the driveway, additional parking on the street. Suite is available unfurnished or furnished at request. We don't supply laundry facilities, however there is a washing machine in the unit that was left by another tenant. You are welcome to use the washer until it no longer works but it's not something that we will replace as we don't normally supply it. Be advised that there is NO DRYER. Rent is $1100/month $1100 damage deposit all utilities are included. You pay your own cable / internet.
