Hello! We are a couple looking to rent out our basement. One of us works remotely from home and we are looking for one to two working professionals or mature students to rent our basement apartment. Our apartment was recently professionally soundproofed, painted and cleaned but we are still looking for respectful and quiet tenants. The unit is available December 1st with some flexibility on move in date. The application process will include an in-person (preferred) or virtual tour of the unit and other standard application documents (Ontario rental application, 3 references, proof of employment and credit score).
