A fully furnished two-bedroom basement suite is available immediately. This unit is in a quiet neighbourhood off Walnut Crescent. There is a separate entrance as well as a separate laundry. The two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The kitchenette has all the necessary cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, etc. Also provided is a good-sized fridge with a freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and hot plate.
There is also a storage room located off the kitchenette.
The monthly rent is $1,500 plus a $1,000 security deposit. Rent includes wireless internet, electricity, gas, water, and Shaw TV.
Please note that we do not allow pets in the house, and no smoking, drugs, or parties. There is street parking, and it is a perfect rental for commuters.
