Looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment!

My current roommate is moving out at the end of April as his internship is ending. Our lease runs until the end of July, and I’ll be moving out then as well. However, you’ll have the option to extend the lease beyond that, making it easy since you’ll already be settled in.

The unit has an AC unit in the living room and heating for all rooms, the master bedroom is spacious and has a walk in closet, with another smaller but perfectly usable room. One bathroom that has both a washing machine and dryer to use whenever you’d like. Balcony, as well as a dedicated parking spot for our unit, and visitor parking in the lot with lots of street parking around the building available. Super close to nearby stores and gyms. There is not any furnishing but my roommate and I have gotten around with some basics just fine for almost a year.

The monthly rent is $1190.00, electricity is also roughly $50-80 per month depending on the time of month, water and heating included, and wifi roughly $80 per month as well. My roommate and I have split these bills in half and we’ve saved a lot.
