Building details: Apartment is pet friendly, has parking available on a first-come basis (building street), and the unit includes a dishwasher. In the basement of the building there is an extra storage unit for tenants as well as access to laundry (paid).

Rent: 1,943$/mo. Rent does not include utilities (typically ~50$ a month) or internet, but does include heat.

Move-in: April 1st (flexible move-in after March 20th can also be arranged).

Location: We are close to McMaster Campus (15 minute bus ride, 10 minute bike ride), the rail trail, and University Plaza. Downtown Dundas is a short drive away, and the area is close to lots of nature.

If you're in the market for any living-room furnishings we can happily arrange to leave some things! There is some stuff we don't need any more, like bookshelves, carpet, etc.

The landlord's have a quick screening process that includes a credit check and meeting the superintendent. Deposit will be first and last months rent.
