This unit is situated in a picturesque neighborhood while providing convenient access to the downtown core of Guelph. On-site parking is available, although the main bus and train terminals are within a five-minute walk. Residents will be within walking distance of parks, schools, grocery stores, and the Sleeman Centre, home to the Guelph Storm hockey team. While we have a no-dog policy, pets such as cats are permitted.
