Looking for an assignment for my last few months of my lease because I am moving out West! It’s a spacious 2 bedroom in a 5 unit house with beautiful sunroom windows in the living room. Located right around the corner from Riverdale Park. $2390 plus hydro (which is usually never more than $60 a month). Laundry is located downstairs and it is coin operated. I unfortunately don’t have a picture of the second bedroom but it’s about the same size as the bedroom pictured.

It will be a completely empty unit, like I said this is a lease takeover assignment so there is only 3 months left in the actual lease and then it is month to month after that. Starting May 1st.

The landlords do require good credit and references.
