A little about me:

Hello my name is Fatma/Faty I'm a single 30 year old Canadian female I've been in Canada since 2003, I am extremely responsible, clean and a bit handy as well. I hold a wonderful steady job for almost a year now that I really love. I am also financially happy and stable. I make an income of about $4,500-$5000 a month.

I am a Nanny/Caregiver to three amazing well behaved young boys 7, and 6 year old twins. I have been a nanny to the boys since Feb,2023. My job keeps me quiet busy and I'm always on the go, I am looking for a bigger space to be able to have them over at times for our playdates and sleepovers.

At the moment I am financially stable and feel ready to be able to rent a 3 bedroom townhome to have room for the boys to learn and play, a room for me and a guest room for my mother when she comes to visit.

Rent plus utilities will never be an issue for me to pay I am an extremely responsible young lady, and I am looking for a comfortable private townhome in a safe neighborhood nice for kids to go to the park.

I want to mention my employer,pays me by E-Transfer every two weeks. I am able to provide all proof of payments in my bank account, A letter from my employer, bank statements, proof of identification and my credit score ( althought I'll be honest my credit score isn't the best at the moment).

Im really hoping to find a wonderful landlord who we can have a great understanding and relationship.

I am able to fill a short application online but we must meet in person before I share any of my personal banking information/documents etc ...
