I am looking for a long term tenant for my main floor 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite. I work up north in a camp job at least 3 weeks per month. I understand the complications this causes and makes it difficult to rent out quickly but because of my work I have no other choose. I stay in a completely separate basement suite in the house for the 1 week a month I am there. Utilities are split 50/50 even though I am not there much just because it makes it easier with less arguments. I am asking $1200 a month and the same as a deposit.
