I’m looking for a roomate to my 2 bedroom place.
Located at the east end of hintonburg, the apartment is 2 floors with a deck on top (and a semi deck in the bottom). With over 1300 square feet, the place is very spacious, close to many amenities such as new train transit stations, groceries, and Chinatown.
Included in the unit are
-1 parking space (I am using it currently)
- AC unit on both floors
- washer/dryer unit
- keyless front entry (key for back door)
-mostly furnished, second bedroom only place without full furnished setup

For utilities
- water and heat covered
- hydro around 30$ per person and internet 45$ per person
- rent changes happen every November
The pictures show the unit when first moved into in November 2021 and the rest are furnished pictures of current day.
Students and proffesionals both welcome. A social roomate is even more welcome.
