2 Beds 1 Bath - in law suite in our 3 year old home! Located on 1st floor!

We are looking for a quiet, respectful and responsible tenant(s) for our in-law suite located in Winsloe. The rent is $2,000 and a damage deposit of 1 month rent as well proof of tenant insurance is require within 10 days of moving in. MAX of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults will be allowed to move in. No smoking of any kind!
Included in the rent is heat, electricity, internet and Bell Satellite and in unit laundry. Parking for 2 vehicles and the 1 vehicle will be allowed to park in garage over the winter. You may also be able to use pool in summer when not in use! Cat or small dog can be negotiated!

About us – we are a professional middle aged couple with 2 small dogs and 2 cats. You will have access to a fenced in back deck and yard. Please note our kids also use the fenced in back yard; therefore, you must not be afraid of dogs/cats.
One of us works from home; therefore, quiet and respectful tenants is essential.
