I'm helping out my ex roommate replace her room in our two bedroom condo.
The lease term would end at the end of January 2026, and move-in date would be May 1st 2025 (9 months).
You are welcome to takeover the lease afterwards.
The full rent amount is $3520. You'd be paying for half of this utilities that come every 6-8 weeks (under my name).
I will cover and provide full internet access (you pay $0.00). Rent can be negotiated, so let's chat!
There is parking available, but the cost is $275 a month.

I'm 34 years old, I'm a Canadian born Latino.
I work from home for a Canadian POS software company.

I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, but I am not shy, so feel free to say hi.
The space is not furnished, unfortunately, but if this works out, I'll be buying furniture as the months pass by.
I do not invite friends or family, but my female partner comes from time to time, whenever she's not mega busy with work.
The good things about this space is that you will have a washer and dryer in unit, a well equipped gym, many other amenities, your own walk-ing closet, and your own washroom you would have a better window view that I would.

To qualify, you would need a decent credit, paystubs, letter of employment, or co-signor and a minimum of 65K before tax deductions, to be approved by the building.
It is a great calm location, and has many restaurants and places to see.
