It is a well-appointed wing on our country home situated on a 30-acre peninsula surrounded by nature; fantastic fishing, open meadows and trails, all minutes from town.

I think the apartment would lend itself extremely well to persons with a love of nature but doesn’t want to be far from town. It is a unique and special place with an immense amount of charm: amazing views, sunsets you can watch from big windows. The property is surrounded by Calm clean waters and trails everywhere. This is an ideal place for kayaking, boating, hiking, snowshoeing or just listening to the loons.

Amenities: Full apartment, Upstairs master opening into the living room. Downstairs has the kitchen/dining/bath areas and the second bedroom/den. There is no dishwasher (if that is an issue).

Location: It is about 5-6 minutes from the entrance of the base, 7 minutes to the hospital and about 25 minutes for our commute to Fredericton. The land is bordered by French lake (Left), empties via the deep channel (Smith's creek Frontage) into the Oromocto River (on the right). It’s looks like a lake across the creek in front of us now but as the water goes down it will reveal the beautiful island meadows and the intersecting waterways.

We are family people so we would really like to have a good person or persons who would respect our home, the land and our things.
The former, long terms tenants have completed their move out and it is ready to go.
