Main living area is very spacious. First floor has open concept living room and dining room, with big windows, and a kitchen, with a washer and dryer.
Second floor has two big bedrooms, a den, and a big bathroom with shelving. There is also a partially finished, dry and well lit basement, with lots of storage space and shelving.
There’s a washer and a dryer. We are open to leaving it partially furnished if you like (table and chairs, desk, bed & mattress, some things for the kitchen).
Location:
The unit is near the intersection of Oxford & Berlin. Short walk to Sobey’s, Local Source, Lawton Drugs. Easy bus access, and not far from Dal, SMU, the hospital.
Utilities:
Utilities not included. Unit has oil heating, but we'll leave enough in the tank for the length of the sublet. Open to negotiation on utilities details
Term:
We are moving out in early January, and we’re on a fixed term lease that ends March 31.
The maximum length we can offer the unit is 15 January - March 31, but we’re also open to someone staying for some smaller portion of that, and are expecting that February 1 is a much likelier start date.
If you’re interested in lease assignment instead of subletting we can talk about that. Signing a new lease might be possible, at landlord’s discretion, inquire for details.
