The house is on a really quiet dead end street with a park at the end. It’s East of Watt, North of Talbot, and close to everything, bus routes, shopping, schools, etc.

NO CATS. I’m allergic to them. Maybe a small house-trained dog, with an additional security deposit, could be acceptable/

I’m hoping to get the yard fenced before winter. The plan is to enclose the back and side yards with a privacy fence.

I’m looking for someone who will care for my house and who enjoys living quietly. Smoking is not allowed inside, but I am willing to allow smoking outside so long as there is not a mess from it.

Damage Deposit $650. Due upon Application Acceptance. I'm willing to adjust rent payments to match your paydays.
Term: Monthly $1,300. (1st). Bi-weekly (ex. every other Friday) $600. x 26 payments/yr. Semi-monthly (1&15) $650. x 24 payments per year.

Current estimate of Hydro & Gas is about $85/month. I suggest you arrange an Equal Payment Plan with MB Hydro to help with your monthly budget.

I will expect a Security Damage Deposit of $650, within two business days of your application being accepted. This will reserve the house until occupancy. If you do have an acceptable pet. The pet damage deposit is an additional $1,300 which will need to be paid in full before you move in.
