hello, my friend and I are looking to secure residence by May 1st that would accomodate us ladies and my two daughters ages 11 and 17 (shared custody. I have one very friendly, low energy, well trained dog that you wouldnt even know was on the property! We take pride in our home and WE DO NOT party, do drugs or smoke. We have great references and are employed.

Damage deposit and rent is no problem and if possible to pay a few months in advance that would be great.
Fenced yard and finished basement would be ideal.
