4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)
5. No party

7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.
8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use
9. Garbage recycling
10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules such as no open flame.
