We currently have 2 basement rooms for rent in our house located in Ainslie Wood preferably for males unless you're comfortable with co-ed arrangement.
The first room, priced at $650 is furnished with a bed, desk, and other amenities. The second room, slightly smaller is priced at $575, comes with a table, bed frame, and medium sized closet. Ideally we are looking to lease starting Sept 2024 to August 2025 (12 months) but open to accommodations, feel free to reach out!
