The leasing process is as follows:
1. Check out the virtual tours of our units. Here is a link to a typical one bedroom plus den and two-bedroom unit. While layouts may change, the unit finishes are all the same.
2. If you like the look of the unit and the price, please fill out an on-line application. We will need to understand who will be occupying the apartment, what they do during the day (work, school, etc.) and the applicants’ ability to pay the rent (income level, support from parents, etc.). In keeping with our COVID protocols, we will now show units to people if we don’t have a complete application. We will NOT run a credit check until the applicant says they want the apartment.
3. The resident manager will the contact you to arrange an in person viewing.
