Bonjour,
Je serai à l’extérieur de Montréal du 14 avril au 15 juin donc je cherche à sous-louer mon appartement pendant cette période.

Idéal pour une personne seule ou un couple. Ne convient malheureusement pas pour les familles. L’appartement est non-fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas permis.
L'appartement est meublé, très propre, et tout est inclus dans le prix (lit Queen, meubles, tout le nécessaire à cuisine, électricité, eau chaude, Internet sans fils, vraiment tout!).

C'est un 4 ½. Il y a deux chambres fermées ; une pour le futur locataire et la deuxième est pour entreposer mes effets personnels en mon absence. Il y a un salon double, une salle de lavage et la cours arrière est particulièrement agréable l’été. J'habite tout près du Parc Lafontaine, du Plateau, de 2 stations de Metro (Frontenac & Papineau) et d'une borne de Bixi.

La personne doit être tranquille et respectueuse de son environnement car je tiens à ce que l’appartement soit bien tenue en mon absence. Si tout cela te convient, alors n’hésites pas à me contacter. Je suis certaine qu’on pourra bien s’entendre !

Hello,

I will be out of the city from April 14 to June 15 and I’m looking to sublet my apartment during that time.

Ideal for a single person or a couple. Unfortunately, this rental isn't appropriate for a family.

The apartment is fully furnished, very clean and everything is included in the price (Queen size bed, furniture, cooking supplies, electricity, hot water, wireless Internet, everything!).

It's a 2 bedrooms’ apartment; one for the tenant and the other one is to store my personal belonging. There is a double living room, washer and dryer, and a nice backyard. I live close to Parc Lafontaine, Le Plateau, 2 Subway stations (Frontenac & Papineau) et a Bixi station.

The person must be non-smoking, quiet and very respectful of his space as I want the apartment to be well maintained. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
