1bdrm Basement apt, with big backyard

Hello, 1450 with 1/3 utilities or 1600 all inclusive. I am renting a basement unit for 1 year only. The unit includes a private bedroom, kitchen, and storage room. The bathroom is located down a shared hallway that connects to the shared laundry room.

This unit comes with a full kitchen, but the photos show that the previous tenant used it as a salon. All salon equipment will be removed by April 1st. The kitchen is 14.5ft x 12ft in size.

The bedroom is quite spacious, measuring 22ft x 13.5ft. While it does not have a closet, a sizable wardrobe can be assembled in its place. The ceilings are about 6ft in clearance, so anyone taller may have to duck in certain spots.

There is a bathroom located just down the hall from the unit in the basement, as well as a large washer and dryer. The unit also has a cantina-like storage room with a side door that leads to a small mud room.

Free street parking is available and the Glencairn station is only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house. The backyard is quite large and even has a cherry tree. If needed, I am happy to work with you on extra storage needs.

I live upstairs with my two kids, who are here on weekends. I am hoping to rent to a professional who will be mindful of noise and maintain regular cleanliness. Regular tenancy checks will be performed.
