1994 12'x54' skidded ATCO style accommodation trailer with two bedrooms having bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The utility room has a water tank, pressure pump and tank, propane hot water tank, central vacuum, propane furnace and washer dryer. It also has two 400lb propane tanks. Unit also has double pane windows.
I removed the wall desks so I could paint but still have them - they are same green color as kitchen counter. I started painting the bedrooms and kitchen simply white (1/2 done) and it needs new flooring. The total cost for renovations, sewage tank, and off grid power is too much for my limited budget so I've decided to sell the trailer and go for an RV on my acreage instead.
