Lease terms - This is an 7 month sublet (ideal for Ryerson/U of T students). Looking to have someone stay in my apartment while I finish my internship in another city. This unit is ideally fit for only one person.

Additional information: The apartment is a close walk to two subway stations (Sherburne and Castle Frank). The kitchen and the bathroom have just been renovated but the entire space will be cleaned and sanitized before your tentative move in date. There are 2 closets so, lots of storage. There is additional storage on the sides of the Murphy bed. Please note that the Murphy bed is NEW and the furniture that I am leaving here is my property so the person who I am subletting this to needs to understand that if there are any damages to my property while you are occupying the space, you will be responsible for replacing it/ repair costs. Just please treat my place like it’s yours. I am subletting my apartment while I am away, but I am expected to move back in May 2025. It is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. You will be living alone and privately.

Note: This apartment does NOT have a balcony. Also, bed sheets are not included, you must provide your own bed sheets for your stay. The bed is an Endy mattress which is **exceptionally** comfortable but I can’t take it with me. The Endy mattress is expensive so if there are damages to it, you will be responsible for replacing it or you should just provide your own bed. There is also laundry in the basement of the building. There is also a bike rack inside the apartment for your use if you wish.
