I have rooms available for rent in a downtown apartment.

Big bedroom: $800/month (utilities included)

Second bedroom: $750/month (utilities included)

Move-in available starting February, with short-term stays possible for January.

There will be a total of 3 people living in the apartment.

The apartment is newly cleaned and ready for immediate move-in.
It’s connected to other condos through the Plus15 Skywalk, and just a 5-minute walk to the C-Train station.

I’m a Korean male and prefer male roommates, but gender is not a strict requirement.
