We’re subleasing because we finally decided to get our own home which is also in Sage Creek. You will love this neighborhood as much as we do. I promise!
Rent includes water, and the building is newly built, so everything is energy efficient. We typically pay around $40-$55 per month for our electricity bill. And yes, we have our air-conditioning on during summer and heat during winter throughout the day because our little boy is home with grandma. The office also organizes events for residents with free food, drinks, and activities throughout the year.
Parking is available for both options outdoor ($60 a month) and underground ($150 a month) for you to choose. You can also opt to use underground parking month-to-month at the same rate during winter months only. Street parking is also available. Your visitors also get their dedicated parking spots, you just need to reserve a day in advance, and it is free. There are also electric vehicle charging stations.
