1 room in a 5-bedroom house (Paris Boulevard, Waterloo) is available starting September 2024, for $750/month utilities (water, hydro, internet, natural gas) which are divided equally among all tenants each month.

The house is located on the west side of Waterloo near Costco and the Boardwalk. Currently, the 4 upstairs rooms are occupied by 2 girls, and 2 guys – a mix of students and recent graduates working full time. The basement room (11 ft x 17.5 ft) with walk-in closet and bathroom/shower located on the basement level. The room comes furnished with single bed and desk. Washroom will be shared with one other tenant.

No parking is available on the driveway (all spots are taken). The city of Waterloo allows street parking 15 days per year per vehicle. There is a bus stop a 5-minute walk from the house, and it is around 20-25 mins travel time to the University of Waterloo. There is a shed in the backyard for bike storage.

We are looking for a student or young working person to rent the room starting September 1st (or late august earliest move-in), for 4 months, 8 months or 12 months. Preference given to person who wants to stay for Fall 2024 (sept-dec) and Spring/Summer 2025 (May-Aug).
