We are looking for a couple or two girls from January 1st. Preferably students short term. The rent is $1000 for a private room. 1250$ for sharing. Another private room is available for 500$.

The room is Unfurnished. Living room, dining, kitchen, laundry, and washroom are all shared living spaces. The picture of the room has a queen bed currently. The room is very spacious can fit king size bed, two wardrobe, a dresser, Tv, etc. Extra storage is also available.

You will be provided with storage in the washroom as well. And, also with the laundry room. It is a very spacious house.

First and last month's rent will be needed. Major intersection Finch Ave W and Bathurst St.
