Theres an entire finished basement for rent and the living area with kitchen, bathrooms etc is shared.

It's a great spot and a great location super close to busses and the LRT at Limebank.

Unfortunately we cannot take any pets.

Price does not include utilities which is an even 3 way split based on usage. Average is around $150 per month (can fluctuate based on usage though).
