I am subletting a room in a basement house for UTSC students, it has 2 washrooms 1 with a shower, full kitchen, washer dryer shared with upstairs tenants and closet space. IT IS NOT A FURNISHED ROOM. It’s about a 5 minute walk to campus and a 15 minute walk to Pan am sports centre. Parking is not available, please contact for further information.
