The other bedroom is already occupied by a respctfull, quiet working male professional. So this is not a croweded place!!!! The whole unit would be occupied by maximum 2 persons!
The room is unfurnished but basics (desk; chair, a sofa/bed) could be provided if needed.
You would be sharing the bathroom and the living room with ONLY one male tenant.

Laundry on site.
$1k per month 25 percent of utilities (you should expect $50 to $70 per month depending on the usage)
