You’ll live in this nice apartment where one of the rooms is taken by a McGill student, so we prefer applicants who are students / young adults :)

On Clark, 15 minutes from McGill and close St Laurent, Quartier des Spectacles, lively neighbourhood.

The rooms all have a window, a closet (walk in or storage), and are furnished with desk etc.

The apartment is furnished with amenities, with spacious and well-lit kitchen, living room, a sunroom, a basement for storage and with washer-dryer, and a porch outside! Utilities aren’t included but are expected to be relatively cheap over summer.

Available from May to August, the room is at 866$ / month, dates are flexible!
