The Unit is 1.5 km from Mimico Go-Train station, 2 km from Islington TTC station, 1 km from 2 No-Frills, Dollarama, 200 m from Cineplex Queensway, 100 m from gas station, 100 m from your favorite coffeeshop, 200 m from Costco, 100 m from 24h Tim’s (drive thru as well) and Various Restaurants along Queensway.

Modern kitchen come furnished as well for you with appliance: rice cooker, toaster, oven, air fryer, stove, pans, knives, and cutleries. Two Housemates are professionals.
