Hello! I am a female 3rd-year undergrad student going away for summer 2025 (May 1 - Aug 31). I am looking for a female roommate to sublet my room to!

This is a sublet for a 3-person shared floor in a townhome, located in the peaceful Little Italy neighborhood in Toronto. You will be living with two female UofT students; one Masters student and one undergrad. We prefer a female student, no age preference.

My roommate has 2 shorthair cats, neutered boy & girl. You are NOT expected to take care of them or pay for their needs. You are free to play with them!

The unit includes a washer/dryer, and a furnished bedroom with a twin-size bed. The kitchen is small but cooking is possible. We have an oven, microwave, and rice cooker. High-speed internet is also included. All utilities are included. No smoking indoors, and we prefer quiet.
