The house is a 1 minute walk from the UofT campus, and a 5 minute walk from Queen's Park station (University line). Shared kitchen, 1 bathroom, and an office room are included. They would be shared with the 2 other tenants in the house.

I'm moving out April 13, so that would be the earliest move-in date. The ending date for the lease is flexible and we can discuss that with the landlord.

As the landlord lives in the house, she requires that tenants be generally quiet, and don't drink or smoke.
