Welcome home! We are looking to sublet our apartment for a December 14, 2024 possession. We are bidding a bittersweet goodbye to our home of 4.5 years as we recently purchased a house of our own. Based on our experience, this apartment can comfortably house 1 to 2 people.
**Please note that this is a single story townhouse, located on the top floor. The staircase leads from the private entrance on the lower level up to the apartment. There is a separate townhouse with a neighbour on the lower level.**
Rent will be $1301 including parking for January 2025 and $1418 including parking monthly beginning in February 2025. December rent will be prorated. Rental rates are subject to the terms laid out by Qualico Leasing.
The lease will be a sublet from December to May 2025. Lease expires at the end of May 2025 at which point, Qualico (rental company) will provide the option to renew for a 1-year term.
