I have 3, furnished 1 bdrm suites in my newer basement, located 1 block to SaskPolytech. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek.
All utilities are included. Powered off street parking. Laundry is available. Separate student entrance. One student per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is due at booking. I don’t rent to anyone by text only. A phone call will be necessary for booking details.
I’ve been renting my suites to students for 18 years. Runs like clockwork. Comfortable and easy to live here.
