This suite was renovated a few years ago and is on the 1st floor and comes with one parking spot.

English Manor is a quiet 11-suite walk up building that is a short walk to banks, bakery’s, coffee shops, grocery stores and schools.

We have renovated all the hallways and common area at English Manor with a modern feel with a bit of trendy look.

Our renovations include:
New cabinets with butcher block countertops, lighting, vanities, toilet and bathtub, flooring throughout the suite, baseboard and casing.
The suite has been painted throughout in a light grey with a feature wall in the living room.
We have added a stainless-steel fridge and stove to give you that pop when you walk into the kitchen.

If you are looking to be close to Kingsway Garden Mall or the NAIT campus you can get there by bus in under 10-minute or if you are needing to get downtown, you can take the #5 bus from 1/2 block away and be at Canada Place or MacEwan in under 15 minutes.

For the U of A students, it’s about a 1/2-hour commute by ETS from English Manor to campus.

English Manor is a pet friendly building but there is a $300 non-refundable deposit per pet. You must have management approval and you will be required to sign a pet contract for all pets before they are allowed to move into the building.

We included all blinds for the windows and the Patio door, and each suite has a ceiling fan.

We base our rents on the square footage of the suite, if the suite has a balcony, parking, how many appliances, as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite all helps us factors our price point to set the rent for each of suites and location.
