Hello! My name is Ililli, and due to a family emergency, I have to sublet my room: I am living near Charlevoix metro, and I have 2 lovely female roommates who are very respectful, tidy and generally keep to themselves.

My family emergency requires that I leave Montreal at the end of October, and the sublet option will be available from November 1st-March 31st.

Because of the extraneous circumstance, I am offering the room at 550/month, not including hydro, which is average 60-100 per person a month. Wifi is 24.15 even monthly. You will have access to:

-Bathroom storage

The apartment as a whole has in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. Plus, our landlord is very responsive, caring and kind.
