Move-in is Jan 1st, but there can be some wiggle room depending on the date requested.
Tenant is ideally a female student.
Tenant will be taking over my spot in a current lease. Lease ends on September 30th, 2025
There are two other tenants both female. Bathroom is shared with one other tenant.

Wifi, electricity and water are additional charges. Wifi is usually $21, while utilities can range from $30-$60 additional to rent, but that depends on how much the unit is using in electricity and water.

The kitchen is shared, and so is the living room. Currently there is a lot of space in the living so any furniture can fit!
Parking is available for an additional fee in a secure garage underneath the building.
Walking distance from the U of A campus!
Pets are welcome for a fee.
Laundry is within the unit!
