This flat is spacious (1500sq ft!) but feels cosy - with two porches, one in front and one in back for optimal summer hangs. The building is quite old with high ceilings and lots of character. In a quiet corner pocket of the East Danforth area, 5 min walk from Sobeys and 15 min walk to a plaza with a Metro, Dollar Store, LA Fitness, Lowes, Shopper’s, Pet Valu and more.

A 5 min walk over the bridge brings you to Main Street Station on line 2, while the Danforth GO train stop is literally 2 min from the house - just down the road.

I’m hoping for someone quiet and mature to take over my fully furnished room, preferably working full-time or studying at a higher level. This is not a party house. Your roommate is a quiet guy who works late hours full-time, so someone living here would need to be respectful of that. I am on friendly terms with everyone in this building and we all look out for one another.



We’d prefer a non-smoker and a very clean/tidy person.

I am clearly NOT good at taking pics, but this place looks way better in person anyway.
