I’m looking to rent out one room located near Polo Park, all amenities and 15 min to UofW downtown on walking. The room is furnished with a single bed, computer desk, chair and closet. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 shared washrooms, a living room, a kitchen with two fridges and all utensils and laundry. High-speed Internet included. About me: 38-year-old male, designer and salesperson so I do come and go at odd hours. There's also one roommate who's easy to get along with and very respectful, he works generally all day.
