Area is walking distance to No Frills, gas station, 7/11,Dollarama, Service Canada and Medical Office. Easy access to 16th Avenue and Stoney Trail. Bus stop 57 is 2 minute walk and close to Whitehorn LRT.

We do not party in the house other than hosting dinners for Thanksgiving/Christmas which roommates are invited to attend.

About us: Married childless couple with a 9 year old fur baby (husky) We do not smoke but drink occasionally. We work full time Monday to Friday and would appreciate quite time by 10pm.
