I am renting out a bedroom in my home just off of Heritage and Elbow. The condo is fully furnished and room to be rented comes with a queen bed supplied or not. the spot is located in a great building with an outdoor pool and a sauna in the summertime. Dishwasher, washer and dryer in suite Heat and hot water are included, with internet and electricity split 50/50

I am a working professional who regularly travels for work and would only be in the place every other month or so.

This is a non-smoking (or vaping) and non-party residence with no animals allowed.
