Looking for a sub letter for Dec 1st 2024 till August 1st 2025. Location is 270 Bruyère street apartment 1 in Ottawa Ontario. Female only and must be okay with a cat living in the house and weed items in the home. The house is fully furnished excluding the bedroom you would be moving into. The bedrool shown would be yours but none of the items in it will be included. The rest of the items in the house shown are staying. Your half of the rent would be $995 monthly which includes heat,water, parking space, fridge/freezer, stove, and in unit laundry. Rent however must be paid in full to landlord which is $1990 monthly and we will decide whose account it will come out of every month and the other person will transfer their half to them. Hydro and wifi is not included and would be about $65-$85 a month for your portion. Location is very close to the byward market/downtown and also to a beautiful park near the water. The person leaving is not planning on coming back so after this sublet the lease could be transferred into your name if it is a good fit.
