The house is very close to University of Manitoba, one bedroom for rent for student only on second floor. House is located on Kirkbridge Dr, and it is close to RBC, CIBC, TD, Scotiabank and Sobeys, 7-11, Tim Hortons. There is a bus stop right in front of house.
There are the rules about the house:
1. no overnight party allow.
2. no pet allowed.
3. student only.
4. clean the kitchen and washroom after using it.
Rent fee:
$520 per month, utility included.
