* You Share the Upper Bathroom, and the Main floor Kitchen, Dining room, Family room, Powder room, and backyard.

House rules and more information:
* No parking is available
* Monthly lease. First and last month's rent plus a $150 refundable deposit is required.
* One person per room
* No overnight guests
* No parties
* No smoking
* No curry or strong spices when cooking. My husband has a strong reaction to some strong spices.
